These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Omnitrix LLC ("Omnitrix," "we," "us") website at omnitrix.tech and our communications programs, including our SMS/text messaging program. By using our website or opting in to our messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program description: Omnitrix Dispatch notifications send work order offers, scheduling confirmations and updates, and dispatcher follow-ups by text message to independent field technicians who have opted in.

• Opt-in: Technicians opt in by providing their mobile number when applying to work with Omnitrix and confirming, verbally or in writing, that they wish to receive work order notifications by text.
• Message frequency: Varies based on available work orders.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Omnitrix does not charge for the messages themselves.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, email info@omnitrix.tech, or call (302) 265-4662.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older and the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the mobile number used.

Work Order Communications

A text or call describing an available work order is an invitation to discuss work, not a binding offer of employment or engagement. Work orders are confirmed only by a written work order form or written confirmation from Omnitrix. Independent technicians are not employees of Omnitrix.

Website Use

The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. It is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change the content at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

The Omnitrix name, logo, and website content are the property of Omnitrix LLC and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnitrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our messaging program.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of the website or messaging program after changes constitutes acceptance.
